​These 1 to 1 sessions will offer the most personal experience within my services. In my 1 to 1 sessions we will be working towards your chosen goal which has been determined in our consultation meeting prior to your first session. From your consultation I will have designed a custom programme specifically for your goals, and from there will use various different training methods to keep you motivated and progressing. Please see below for different options and packages.
Single sessions are a 'pay as you go' option where you pay for one session at a time. Blocks of 10 sessions are paid for in full and blocks of 30 sessions can be paid for in instalments. They are both designed to give clients a discount for buying in bulk, so the more sessions you purchase in one go, the bigger the discount!​
​Body Blast Packages are designed to give my clients great results over a short period of time through training 3 times a week. They are purpose built packages for people who want to kick start their new health and fitness lifestyle, or those wanting to get maximum results for a special occasion or event, such as a holiday. We will work towards your chosen goal, which I will design a programme for, as well as giving you a Nutrition Plan to follow ensuring you get the results! This package comes at a discounted price.
My Body Transformation Package delivers you the best results within my training options, allowing you to get in great shape with a rigorous tailored programme, nutrition plans and constant monitoring of progress throughout. You will train 4 days a week for 12 weeks to maximise results and get the most out of your time with me, transforming you to the body you desire. Ideal for a special occasion such as a wedding, this package may not be easy, but the rewards at the end will definitely be worth it! This package comes at a discounted price.

Pairs & Small Groups

This package allows yourself and a partner, or a couple of friends to be trained together. Ideally you would all have similar fitness goals, but if not then don't worry as I will simply make some adjustments to your programme to suit. You still get the perks of having your very own programme tailored specifically for you and your training partner(s), and also have the comfort of watching them sweat along with you! Many people find this way of training more enjoyable and also helps with motivation as well as providing a discount with the cost being split between you. Please see below for different options and packages.

Online Training

If you're someone who's looking for some extra guidance in the gym or you're possibly unable to afford the premium prices of personal training, then an online training plan may be for you. Life is made simple with my easy to use online structure of using cloud software, phone apps and emails.

Please note the lead up time to create your programme may be between 2-4 days, and exercise equipment (what to purchase can be advised) or gym membership is required. A pedometer or fitness watch is also advisable to record your daily step count and the free MyFitnessPal app will need to be downloaded so I am able to track your progress. See 'How Does It Work?' below for more details.
  1. A consultation form is emailed over to assess your lifestyle, fitness, goals, nutrition and more.
  2. I will create your personalised programme from the answers you have given on the consultation form.
  3. Your programme and Welcome Pack will be sent over. A call or video call will be set up to answer questions and for me to explain how the process works.
  4. Programme - This is uploaded onto OneDrive and edits are made in Excel or Numbers (Apple). This means your programme is easily accessible from your mobile phone, enabling you to view exercises and record your session wherever you are. When you record workouts I'm able to view and analyse the data online instantly. This also means any adjustments I make can be seen immediately by you, keeping your training up to date. A weight and step tracker tab is also included.
  5. Nutrition - You will log this using the free MyFitnessPal app. Using this app means tracking your nutrition is made simple and I am able to access your food diary remotely.
  6. 24/7 support - You'll have weekly check-ins where you will be able to ask questions on your training and nutrition via phone call or message. You get a weekly update on your programme, video demos for exercises ensuring correct technique is used, as well as daily support should you need a problem resolved.

Boxing Padwork

More than just hitting the pads, my padwork sessions combine the use of boxing padwork and bodyweight exercises to create a challenging cardio workout, and these sessions are also tailored to your needs. I also use skipping ropes, an exercise step, resistance bands and a weighted vest to produce physical workouts designed to build muscle tone and burn calories. These sessions are for 1 to 1 or pairs and are designed to mainly target improving fitness. Therefore, if you require fight preparation and advanced boxing coaching, then a boxing gym would be more suitable.

Circuits/HIIT

Circuit training is an effective way of hitting all areas of your body through resistance and cardio exercises. Work your way through various exercises with each one working a different part of your body. Circuits are beneficial to people who want a whole body workout and like to have a bit of variety to their training, using medicine balls, skipping ropes, ladders, and more. HIIT is similar to circuits with the difference being its higher intensity and shorter rest times, making it ideal for more advanced people looking for a challenging workout. These sessions are for 1 to 1 or groups of 2-4 people.

Want to get fit fast? Then you'll love my 30 minute workouts that will get your heart rate going when you're pressed for time. Choose from either boxing padwork, circuits or HIIT in these condensed sessions. Don't be fooled by the shorter duration, these sessions can be a challenging workout for any ability!
